• Optimum supply chain management under the carbon-trade policy is addressed. Cooperation among different companies leads to economic and environmental benefits. Cooperative game theory ensures stability of cooperation (grand coalition). CO 2 price evolution, predicted by ARIMA models, affects behavior.
